Single postcard: 15 USD, whether sent to you or to someone else as a gift. Annual subscription: 99 USD per year. Shrine visits — Inori: 49 USD; Negai:99 USD. Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout, and include Japanese consumption tax where applicable.

None. International postage is included in every price. Currency conversion fees, if any, are charged by your card issuer under its own terms.

One-off orders are charged when the order is placed. The annual subscription is charged when you subscribe and then automatically on the same day each year until you cancel.

単発のご注文はご注文時に決済されます。年額購読は、お申し込み時に決済され、以後は解約されるまで毎年同日に自動で決済されます。

A single postcard, including one sent as a gift, is posted within 3 business days of the order. Subscription postcards are posted once a month, in the same week each month, with the first card sent in the next posting week after you subscribe. All postcards are sent by international air mail from Japan and typically arrive within 7–14 days. For shrine visits, the visit takes place within 7 business days of the order and the written report follows by email; the Negai postcard is additionally sent by international mail, typically arriving within 2–4 weeks.

単発の絵葉書(贈り物として第三者に送る場合を含む)は、ご注文から3営業日以内に発送します。購読の絵葉書は毎月同じ週に月1通を発送し、初回はお申し込み後の次の発送週にお送りします。いずれも日本から国際航空便で発送し、通常7〜14日で到着します。参拝代行は、ご注文から7営業日以内に参拝を実施し、レポートをメールでお送りします。Negaiでは加えて手書きの絵葉書を国際郵便で発送します(通常2〜4週間で到着)。

A single postcard — including one sent as a gift — can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the card is posted; once posted, it is non-refundable. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in the customer portal or by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and part-periods are not refunded. Shrine visits can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the visit takes place; afterwards they are non-refundable. Because these are hand-made and personalised items and services, returns and exchanges do not otherwise apply. See our Refund Policy for details.

単発の絵葉書(贈り物として第三者に送る場合を含む)は、発送前であればいつでも全額返金いたします。発送後は返金できません。年額購読は顧客ポータルまたはメールでいつでも解約でき、解約はお支払い済み期間の満了をもって有効となります。期間途中の日割返金は行いません。参拝代行は、参拝実施前であればいつでも全額返金いたします。実施後は返金できません。手作りかつお客様ごとに作成する商品・役務のため、上記以外の返品・交換の対象外です。詳細は返金ポリシーをご覧ください。
